Titles fade. Logos on a résumé age out. Certifications expire. The one thing that keeps its value is a system running in production that anyone can go check right now.

Proof-first means the credential is the artifact, not the claim about it. Not 'experienced in commerce infrastructure' — a live deployment, a URL, a system handling real traffic. The proof is the thing itself.

This is the operator's answer to having no institution behind them. A solo founder can't borrow credibility from a brand name. They can only stack shipped, verifiable work until the stack itself is the argument.

// TRANSMISSION №005 · WEEK 05

One live system is an anecdote. A stack of them, each independently checkable, is a case that doesn't need a pitch deck.

Every verified build joins the stack, and the stack compounds. Each new system makes the next one more credible, because the pattern — ships, runs, holds — is now on the record and repeatable.

That's the entire proof-first thesis. Don't ask to be believed; make belief unnecessary by pointing at what's running. Shipped code is the only credential that doesn't depreciate.

A portfolio is a story about work. A production URL is the work, still running.
