// TRANSMISSION №001 · WEEK 01

This is transmission one. Not a launch announcement, not a manifesto pretending to be a product — a working log. From this week forward, every system 1Commerce LLC ships gets written down here, in public, with proof attached.

The premise is simple. A solo operator in Canby, Oregon is building commerce infrastructure — the plumbing that lets a small business run like a large one without the headcount. Most of that work is invisible. The Signal makes it visible on a weekly cadence: what shipped, what broke, what got fixed, and what comes next.

There is one rule from the start. Nothing that isn't real gets counted. No vanity metrics, no roadmap theater, no placeholders dressed up as features. If it's written here, it exists and it runs.

II
// TRANSMISSION №001 · WEEK 01

Building in public is an accountability contract you sign with strangers. Week one is where the ink dries.

The clock starts now. Weekly means weekly — a standing obligation to have shipped something worth reporting. That constraint is the point. It turns intention into cadence and cadence into a body of proof that compounds week over week.

Everything that follows — the Cathedral Framework, the proof-first standard, the ecosystem of verified builds — traces back to this first stone. The signal is live. The operator is on the clock.

A launch is a promise. A log is a receipt. The Signal is the receipt.
